The session fee is paid at the time your appointment is scheduled and guarantees your time with Renee & Company. The fee is payment for the time it takes to create the portrait, edit and prep your images for viewing and includes your preview appointment. The session fee is non-refundable. We require 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Exceptions are made for sudden onset illness or emergencies.
All images from your session can be previewed on-line at ReneeCoPhotography.com and can be ordered on-line. You may also choose to order a proof set of your session for $75. We recommend a preview appointment. At that time you will have the opportunity to view your images as they will be cropped for the size portrait ordered.
Due to the custom nature of your portrait order, the balance is due at the time your order is placed.
All images will be archived indefinitely by the studio.
Every portrait is individually retouched and is custom printed by expert professionals in the photographic industry to ensure the highest quality. Prints, albums, frame orders and any of our special custom products are finished with great care and attention to detail. All print orders are estimated to be complete within 2 - 3 weeks.
Understand that the copyright of all images remains with Renee & Company and cannot be scanned, copied or duplicated in any form. Per your request, images will be released to be placed on social media with appropriate studio logo. Also note, that it is prohibited for individuals to take pictures during a photo shoot including cell phone snapshots or use of a personal camera.
I understand that by commissioning Renee & Company I authorize Renee to use and publish any and all images from the session.
